Its ok if the guy doesn't know much about cars. I did not know much about cars when I got mine. I know a lot know. The guy should at least know what car he is selling. I know some people who have never opened up thier own hood. Some people see cars as transportation and others see them as joy rides. You would be surprised how many people mistake a Firebird for a Camaro.
[QUOTE]Jeez, if you squint your eyes and look from a distance it still doesn't look like a camaro.....
You idiot you have to be upsidedown as well!!
OH dam it still looks like a bird
OH well I'm now going to try the beer test, (back in an hour)

That would be funny if you went there and it was a Camaro and the people selling his car put up the wrong pic.

This is the only area of a thirdgen where a Camaro can look like a Firebird. Most thirdgens have decals on the cars too, so there is no mistaking a Camaro for a Firebird.

You are actually wrong on that, you see the firebirds have a little crease behind where the top of the door meets the window. That picture you posted is a Camaro because there is no crease, it blends. I noticed this when working on my friends firebird, and my camaro dind't have it.

Guess what my friend, that picture was of a Firebird. Here is the entire picture.

I would have assumed that yellow car was a Camaro too. You may be right on the crease though, I would have to take a closer look between the Camaro and Firebird.

Hey PimpRod92RS, I know exactly what you are talking about with the crease. Firebirds have the crease because the rear end is about 2 inches wider in the back towards the top than Camaros. Thats why the 91-92 Hi Rise spoiler fits the width of a Camaro, but it looks short on a Firebird.
