A question for paint experts

In rgards to my https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=131446
post. The body shops thinks one of the solvents boiled in the baking process and bubbled. They said this accounts for all the thousands of little fragment looking things in the paint. Is this possible?

They are still at fault! If they have no problem giving it to you like that then they will have no problem with you marching in there with a camera so that your lawer can see your new paint job. **** THEM! I say you go in there and start taking names. good luck
