Best Stripes for Blue?

I don't like any over the hood stripes, just the little ones down the side.... but after seeing pics, I'm starting to get the impression that it's probably best to have no stripes at all....

I wanted to know what aother people thought of a viper blue(approx) camaro and stripes... or no stipes.

For pin stripes you could use silver, black, white, yellow! It all depends on what your taste is. I haven't seen a camaro yet where i have liked those stripes. I personally like the racing stripes. You could however do a pearl stripe, or a "ghost" stripe! I hope to get one of the two for racing stripes, when i get the money. good luck

Ohh, another idea, spawned from 86IROCNJ... How about a ghost white/blue checkered flag stripe?

I'm going with NO STRIPES and stock silver IROC decals on the doors. A nice paint job doesn't need to be cluttered up with any stripes IMO.

I always wanted to go with a blue and then the stripes a blue that is a few shades darker than the blue of the body. I saw this on a 1971 Camaro, you don't really notice it from a distance unless you look for it.

Actually if you read my post at the top, that exactly what I don't want...

I can't stand the over the top stripes...

Just talking about the pin stripes down the sides...

I still say do the "ghost" stripes! lol I really do not like the pin stripes but hey, different strokes for different folks. Matt86t/a, i heard about it. Bigal e-mailed me about it. I would love to go but i am right in the middle of my motor swap. The only thing i would bring is pictures! It is really hard to find time to do much now with school and my two jobs. My only day off is saturdays it is getting cooler and the sun is also setting faster, so i am basically running out of time! I hope to have the motor in the car in like 3 weeks though. I just started painting the bay today. I was supposed to go down to Maryland to the other meet but that never happened! We'll see though.

White... i'm getting White racing stripes and powdercoating my IROC rims white. well, that's what i plan on doing anyway, who know if it'll happen or not.
There's a Electric blue metallic 96' Viper GTS with white racing in my shop Automotive Technology. I want that scheme on my Camaro very, very badly
