what should i do about these rims??

is there anything i can do to these rims to make them look good? i want the rings shiny and possibly the part around the black shiney too. want to repaint the black on too.

that little bit of rust in there is it worth it to get rid of that? or just spend $$ on new rims

I think they're worth fixing up if you don't have the money to go all out and buy new rims.

The rust shouldn't be to hard to fix...

Id use a dremel tool to grind the rust out and repaint the silver then the black.

i sandblasted, and painted my stock rims silver, painted the trim pieces gloss black, and it looked slick, however, they started to rust (i probably should have cleared them, i think the silver was porus) and the tires sucked really bad, so they're sitting in my garage now...
