Just a quick question to you guys with tinted rear windows, with defrosters... I want to get mine tinted, but wasnt sure how it looked with the defroster. i know how the center of the window will look, but how does it look on the sides...by the contact strip for the defroster? do they go around it? over it? any close up pics of that area? thanks

Well I thought I would jump in here with the niterider. Tint is the only way to go. I don't care or worry about tickets. I just tell them that the carwas that way when I biught it and they give me a verbal warning. not worried about drugs. Quit that about 7 years ago. No alcohol for me. Just the need for speed. I have 5 % in the back and 10% on the sides. looks great. Don't use amonia based products on the tint or it will turn purple.

 

My 91 has tinted windows. Whoever tinted the windows on it stopped where the contact strip was on the window defroster. Doesn't look too bad. It'll be about a week before i can get a pic for you. Pulling 14's at work (overtime=affordable horsepower),and the car is at my moms. So I'll try and get a pic of it next week
