In the movie i saw a yellow iroc , another red thirdgen camaro and a black firebird ahahha thought it was pretty cool

Ya, I saw those in the movie too, but i would have to give the movie a 5 out of 10.

 

That movie looked dumb to me in the previews, yet I hear it's been sellin out theaters.

 

Yes, it has been selling out because people want to see Eminem..however I did not find the movie anything special but then again I thought it was kinda dumb looking too.

 

I actually thought it was really good. Its a gheto movie, but its actually got a decent story line and ending to it. and the acting isnt as horrible as I thougth eminem would do. I was impressed w/ it

I loved the thirdgens, there was actually like 5 or 6 in it, I guess Eminem likes 'em or something.

 

My GF saw it, she said the ending sucked.

 

I didn't see it, but I knew of the thirdgens cause of the other post on this

It sold $54.5 million this weekend.........It has been selling out theaters down here too.........

 

I thought it was good... the freestyle battles were awesome. And Eminem's actually a pretty good actor.

the only reason i would see that movie is for the 3rdgens other than that i hate eminem. the guy needs to look in a mirror so he can realize that hes not black. that is one guy i cant stand

i'm not an eminem "fan", but i can appreciate what he's doing....why should his "type" of music be limited to a certain race? i love thirdgens just as much as the next person but i'm not going to sit through 2 hr + movie to see a few split shots of thirdgens.....well maybe, but it shouldn't be the focus point.

(i wouldnt even call eminem an artist, he is a performer and does what Dr. Dre tells him) Simply look at MTV and that will show how untalented and sad the music industry really is today. Total garbage for the most part. (there are always exceptions) NSYNC and the Backdoor boys were also up in the billboard BS, are you saying those flamers are talented? Sure they can sing but that doesnt make them artists, any choir boy could do what they do....... sigh, im sorry i went off on a tangent, but music gets me really worked up when I see so many people liking total $hit soley because its on MTV and "popular" THINK FOR YOURSELF.

I haven't seen the movie yet. I'll probably wait 'till it comes out on DVD because with a 56K dial up, it'd take me 2 yrs to get it off Kazaa.

I'm sure he was a good actor in the movie since the movie is a dramatization of his life. It wouldn't be very hard for any of us to replay real life situations that happened to us.

I'm not saying that any of you should care, but if you knew the guy's life story then I'm sure you'd respect what he's done. Talk about going from rags to riches. I think he went from the bottom of the barrel filled with dirty rags that were used to clean porta potties. The guy has done a lot more than what he's given credit for.

And I'd have to agree that he's been very successful in a type of music that is predominately done by black people (or African American for you liberals ). How many other white guys do you know that have been as successful as he has?

If you want to talk about dorks...... look at Justin Timberlake. I was channel surfing the other day and saw him performing live on BET!!!!!! And that video he made just SCREAMS Michael Jackson. That is a true white boy. IMO, he's the epitome of white boys.
