WARNING: Only read this if you condone slamming someone who makes bogus claims when trying to sell their crap.

I came across this car for sale 2 years ago and it keeps turning up at various spots around town with various sayings on it. If you can't make it out in the pictures, here are some of the claims:
"Not many ever made like this particular model!"
"Save now by investing in this collectors Limited Edition Grand Trans Am special". (he did have a "Limited Edition" sticker on the driver side door handle until that fell off.)
"Looks great parked, driving slow, or REALLY FAST" (NOW how much would you pay?!? $6000?? maybe 8,000?? But wait there's more!)
I actually called the guy earlier this year and asked what was so special about a GTA that's missing the GTA hood and GTA wheels? He said they were pretty cheap to come by and he was still firm at $8,000 since "someone had offered him that much before." He must read the EBAY descriptions a lot. At least he's getting more reasonable by approaching a mere 200% of book value.....
What would you pay for this car? I was thinking more like 2,000 since it's actually a TPI 350. Another $2,000 for a GTA hood and whells+tires and maybe it'd be a nice car.
