Wet Sanding

Wet Sanding
Ok i bought a plenum off ebay and i want to polish it when i get it so how do i go about wet sanding just use water or wd-40 and just keep it constently wet ?

Yes, WD 40 will be better than water, I didn't have any around so I used some carb cleaner I believe, or something like that.

I used just lots of water when I did my rims... they came out good. But when I polish my LT1 Intake, I'll probably try out the WD40 technique.
