Both are great paints. Base Clear is much easier to work with, dosen't take much to shoot it, and dries alot quicker then enamel. Enamel is good too.....strong paint...harder to shoot then base clear......

I've never shot any pearl colors.....I have shot some mettalic colors......they are a little tricky.....just depends how much mettalic is in your paint. If there is a bunch....it's hard to shoot because you might get "tiger stripes" if it's not shot right...never shot any pearl though. Both paints are awesome paints though! I'm sure there are some guys that have shot some of the pearl paints......anyone????

This is acrylic urethane i think, its just a one step paint i know that, and it isnt base/clear or enamel, it is fairly easy to do a decent job with.. just need good prep work, as with anything

My bike is painted with House of Kolors Tangelo Pearl, it looks very nice when the sun hits it. My cousin painted it for me, so I dont really have any info on how tough it is to do.

Do you guys have 2K paint over there? Sometimes called 2 pack?
Do you also have much luck with water based paint?

What's the deal with all those scrap cars in the field behind your awesome looking bike? Boneyard?

Andy.
