can someone lower my car please?

I should get photoshop. Anyways, could someone lower my car 1.5 inches? I don't like really low cars, but I think mine would look good with a little drop.

Thanks for any help

I like the slammed look.

Easy, that is actually a pretty good photoshop... most people would have dropped the body and tried to smear the gap.... good job!

A lowered 3rd-gen sucks when trying to drive it around. Scrape everything and can't get a jack under it. Fortunately my '89 was lowered by using 14 inch rims and low profile tires. I'm getting 16" wheels and normal profile tires put on it next week.

There are a couple of guys around here that have done it with hydraulics. That would be the only way to do it and still be able to drive it.

I love it Alex!!! Hey 85 Zed28. I would just go and get it done. If you want to drop it...then drop it. Not like Alex posted but. Go for it man!

I meant 1.5 inches lower (from its current ride height) not 1.5 inches off the ground!

Good photoshop, but could you make me one with a 1.5 drop?

LOL ! I really don't think he can get a percise drop with photoshop. He could give you a good estimate but exact height, no. You have to admitt it was funny! Seriously though...like I said, if you are considering lowering the car anyway...just do it. 1.5" is really not all that much. Most people that I've heard talking about the ride height after they've lowered their car say it didn't go down all that much. Some say they can bearly notice it. 1.5" drop will look great on your car...go for it...Just my 2cents.

lol, the pic was funny. I'm kinda worried about ground clearence, because my cat is very close to the ground right now. What are the best springs to buy? I don't really know much about suspension. I also don't have much $$$$ lol.

I don't know personally which is the best to buy. I hear most people talk about the ..hope I get this right "Eicbah" springs Seems to be the spring of choice. Did I spell that right?? Anyone... Is the exhaust stock or modified?? If stock, you shoulen't have a problem...just need to be a bit more aware of your surrounding when driveing that's all. I would measure the clearance you have know, from the cat to the ground, to decide your drop height. Let us know what the clearance is now (cat) And maybe me or someone else will be able to help you out.

I know my cat is only approx 4-5 inches off the ground......

If you are looking for good quality then go with Eibach, but there some on ebay for cheaper then the magazines..

There are alot of brands, DropZone, Intrax, Eibach.....etc....

My 91z should be slammed like that pretty soon. It will tuck the 18's. Then when the shows are done, I'll jack it back up to a normal drive height and drive it home. Adjustable suspension is great.
