HI i was thinkin a cool idea last nite
i don know if this is possible or not
1 Buy a wreccked convertible
2 I f i had a ttop car.-..and with the wreccked vert
can i turn the ttop car into a vert using all the pieces from the vert??
it has to be wrecked from the nose or something like that
how much is good to pay for a wrecked vert ??

Fatal 88 did it except it was a hardtop turned into a t-top turned into a vert

What he said! Plus those guys are in the business of BODY WORK, so i am sure it came a little easier, and a little less $$ to them. It came out great either way. PM them to see what the price would be if you had someone do it! good luck

verts are kewl, I just like t tops better, a real roof and no cloth to cut into to steal my system. KEWl my post is now to 427! hehe ive always wanted a 427!

Sweet looking car there Dan! Don't see to many mint looking purple thirdgens around here. All i see are the dull purple ones! lol That thing really shines. So, is it "converted" or did it come from the General like that? Looks really professional if you had it done!

It was a true ASC job. Thanks about the paint, you really have to see it in person to appreciate it...90% like it, the rest say I ruined a nice Convertible

yes, it can be done. I don't suggest you doing it yourself. You have to take lots of measurments before you chop. I don't do that type of work at my shop (for other people).
