No more than $2000 to $2700. The windshield is the real problem that I see. The rest of the stuff can be fixed pretty easy, and the miles are a little hight. Oh yeah, take off another $200 from the top end if it is a V6 car.

Yeah $2000 is the most I'd pay if its a V6.

I think 2000 might be a tad high. Here's why: I paid 1800 for my 91 V6 bird in mint condition with only 67,000 miles on her. I say if it's a 6, talk to owner down. If it's a V8, well i still would not buy cause it's thorttle body then. You are almost better off with the V6.

everyone sound right, but I'd open up with $1750 to start the deal and work up from there. Then meet half way with the owner.

Cracked windsheild and peeling paint is terribly poor condition?

NO MORE THAT $1400. It got extremely high mielage, body damage, etc. It will take at least $3000 to get back to near mint condition.

let me ask a few things cuase it doesn't seem like your too sure you want this bird....

1. is it the color you want?

2. are you cool with the engine under the hood?

3. are you ok with the condition of the interior?

4. have you gone over the car to make sure there aren't any hidden problems you'll have to deal with? And are you prepared to deal with those that are there?

In my opinion.... when you sit in a car oddly enough you'll know if it's the one for you. I passed on three Formula's that were in alright condition before I got the one I have now. It had everything I wanted... the color was what I was looking for.... and the problems it did have at the time I was fully capable of taking care of.

Just be sure its for you in total... not because the price is right, if you know what I mean? Happy hunting :-)

I love the color its just to bad the paint is shot, I love the 5 speed. Ive been really looking for a 5 speed like nuts in a 92 bird with t tops. I love the car really, just needs some fine tuning lol. I really wanted a 305 TPI yes but its very hard to find a 92 trans am with t tops around here, so Im kind a settling for this and going to build an engine later. I'd hold out for a 92 trans am with t's but I need a car now, I need to get to college and to work. This would be a good project car for me as well, the engine and tranny are good from what Ive seen so far( of course Im going to give her a good test before I buy it).
