I paid $225 for this paint job and got it from Maaco. Its not flawless, but for the 225 bucks I paid; it was well worth it. I think most of getting a good paint job from somewhere like Maaco is doing your own prep work. They did a good job, but I dont know if I'd let them paint my firebird.

 

Well heres mine....paint is almost 6 months old. I think it looks awsome considering ive never seen one like mine and in as good condition.

*points in awe* wow, that's the exact model Bonneville that backed over me and totalled 3 vehicles, including the Bonneville.

Do not like them.

Anyway, here's my new paint. It was about 1,600. (she's in the shop now getting repaired, should get her back this week)

Here's mine in Basic Black. This was a color change from dk. blue.

 

Here's a pic of mine after a lady ran a red light in front of me and I couldn't get stopped and tboned her into next week. The cops and the witnesses deemed it totally her fault, so since I worked at a paint and body shop, we decided to paint the whole thing while we were at it.


Here's one right after we got done wetsanding and buffing it.

This last one was a pic a took when a friend of mine said he didn't think the paint looked like it was very smooth or reflective.

Boy, that sure looks a lot better than my buddy's '91 Bonneville... Had 42k miles.... Was a nice car too, very clean and the 3800 has good pickup. He's running an MX-6 now, not a bad lil' car, sweet looking too.

paint was finished late august, early september. Paid around $1500 for it.

 

I got new paint, but it was painted before I got it.

heres mine just painted bout month ago.......custom white w/ pearl red/blue/violet.......$2,200.....a before...

Those are some of the best paint jobs Ive ever seen, makes me want to rethink the whole 700 bucks Idea ( its for 4 base coats and 2 clear and its a 10 year warranty, but I dunno now lol)

 

Painted over the summer. Me and a friend did it, so it only cost materials which were about $2000

Wow I love that color, do you know the exact name?

 

im not sure on the exact name, the window sticker says that it is medium maroon metallic and the gm tech sheet says that it is brilliant red metallic. regardless of the name the paint code is 75Q, so the name doesnt matter

 

Can't argue with quality work....
