Pics of 88-90 IROC wheels

I just purchased some 89 IROC wheels and i'm going to polish them and remove the gold from them. My Z is gunmetal grey and i was wandering what color i should repaint them. Also if you have any pictures of the color.

Those are my favorite stock wheels. I have a set on my 90 rs right now. Soon they will become the daily driver wheels for my 91 z. They look exactly like IROC350TPI's wheels except they have Bridgestone Potenza S-02's 245/50/zr16 all around.

The wheels are completely stock. They wear some cheap Futura Ultra Z's from Pep Boys. All are 255/50/ZR16's.

Heres some of my polished rims. They are unpainted though. In the spring, hopefully I'll get off my lazy *** and finish the other 2 and paint them. The inserts will be painted either black or graphite metallic.

This kinda helps ya see the shine. It was taken with a crappy disposable camera. I'm glad I'm getting a digital camera for Christmas

wow reilly8282 your car is almost my cars twin! The only difference between the two (besides the years) are the grills.

Would ya'll say that on IROC350TPI 's rims the color is the argent silver?

I just had these refinished from a place in Chicago, they look Brand New, got them on my '88 Cutlass with the TPI 406.

Here is the same wheel before the refinish
