car wash :(

It's been snowing here and my camaro was covered in salt and its jsut to cold to wash it in my driveway so I decide to take it to the carwash... I just had it repainted and had the factory striped put on the bottom. I turned it on high pressure to get all the salt off n when i was down i realized it did not only take my salt off but it tore some of my stripes Hopefully I will be able to glue them back on or something......

OUCH!......sorry to hear that man. the stripes that you had put on....where they put on after or before the clear coat was put on.....cause i mean it would take alot of pressure to get clear coat off then your stripes.

You probably got an old stock or old batch of stripes installed. Samething happened to me in my S/E, I would be cruzing down the highway and my stripes would be peeling off.

That sucks man. I take my car to the DIY wash and my stripes have never come off. I'll be more careful now though.
