Very nice work. I'm glad to see you took the time to really mask things off well. Great job, and it will look awesome when finished. Good work. One question though...Why didn't you do the firewall itself????? I noticed it is all masked off too.

there are so many wire harnesses on the fire wall and i really don't want to mess around with them. i will probably end up brush painting the fire wall with gloss black POR-15.

looks great. that's what i'm in the process of doing with my 84 camaro. Turned out really well. Did you sand all the rust off first, and then primer/2x and then sand, and then put 2 coats of gloss black on there?

that's how i'm doing it although i think it's turning out better that way.

all i did was take my time taping everything off. then i used a re scuff pad and scuffed everything real nice. then i laid 2 coats of dupont Acylic Enamel gloss black down. as for the rust, the only major thing was were the battery sits. i just put some POR-15 over the rust. then once that was dry i hit that with the scuff pad and painted over that.
