I used white rouge compound, the rims look great to me. They are not quite perfect yet but they look nice enough to me for now. I plan on making them perfect for the summer's camaro cruises and shows.

I looks like the plastic centers that comes with the chrome ones when you buy them. I personally think they are

Did you sand down the grooves, or did you just polish them until they were gone?

84Maroz28 - That is a nice polishing job. I was wondering what
you did to polish the inserts, it must of took a long time.

burnouts4ever - Looking good, and it being cloudy out when you
took the pictures doesn't help. I took the pictures of mine when
it was cloudy out as well and it doesn't show how shiny they are.
However, I did try and take some pics on a clear, sunny day and
there was just too much glare.

I like seeing more 91-92 rims getting the polishing treatment. I
personally think they look 100 times better polished.

well it was a rainy day we took the pictures, the rims actually had some water on them in the picts. I cant wait for a sunny day. Its winter tho lol. I plan on going over them 5 times each with the white rouge. So I will have more picts more towards summer. I polished my tailights also and all of my emblems. This car has come along way since i got it. Needs a paint and ss hood still and many mods

i'm selling them for 900 with the tires..........they were 3,000 new with tires. high polished like the pic above and then tripple chrome plated.

look on the internet and you can find aftermarket versions for half the price.

i have someone lined up to purchase them; but if for some reason something falls through and you or anyone else is interested let me know.

i absolutely love the rims, i hate to have to get rid of them; but they won't fit the brake upgrades.

i wish some aftermarket company would take notice and make larger versions....

Kandied91z: I went to a Camaro show over the summer and one car had 17" Chrome Irocs, Don't know who made them for him. But Some where you could probably get rims like yours but 17" or maybe 18". I'll try to find out who did it for this guy.

yeah you can get the iroc style in many different sizes.

up to 20" is the largest i've seen to date.

but not the 91-92 style........

Speaking of chrome dipping... has anyone ever seen chrome dipped GTA rims? Just curious..... wondering if the crosslace might be too close to dip well.

just about anything can be chrome plated, even plastic can be vaccum plated to look like chrome. i don't think it would be a problem.
