I think that it is used as a polishing agent that is applied to a bench type sander/polisher/grinder machine(on the wheel) for..well...polishing chrome or aluminum.

Yeah, you need a buffing wheel... you put the rouge on the wheel and buff your part.... hmm.. buff your part.. sounds kinda sick.

Well, being that the wheel is sideways on a bench type grinder/polisher/sander you just stick the end of..oh geeze lol..the log on the wheel while it is spinning then you pick up the part you are going to polish and move it up and down against the wheel until you get the shine that you desire.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Jeez it feels like it would scratch the **** outta it-lol
I dont have to wet it or anything, just stick that hard thing in and rub it against the metal and thats it?

LOL..it's not the side that has the stone wheel,if you have one of those dual wheel types. One of the wheels is suppose to be a semi soft cloth wheel. This one doesn't have a polishing wheel on it but a polish wheel is usually white.

It's a light abrasive suspended in a hard wax. You hold it against the wheel for a few seconds and the heat melts the wax enough for the wheel to pick up the abrasive/wax mixture.

A little goes a long way, and too much will streak your project.
