ebay

Hello guys
Funny this came up, I was just looking on ebay not more then 3 or 4 days ago and came across stickers for the car, I guess they would go like on the window or what ever but they looked decent, The ones I saw were for 350.LT1, LS1,and I think there was one for 305 but im not sure on the last one.
The stickers I saw came in to different "designs"
the first which i think is kinda tacky, You know the intel design on ur computer wich reads INTEL INSIDE with the little circle around it, well these said for example 350 INSIDE, ill try and find a picture real quick to upload
the other was more of a conservitive design with just the name of the engine in block letters.
ok thanks hope I was of some help
Craig

92birdie I have seen those pictures too. Some of them are tacky, but I kind of like the "TPI Inside" one that I saw.

What I had originally wanted to do with my car when it was painted was to put 69 Z/28 badges there on the gfx behind the wheel, but due to the fact that the gfx are recessed for the emblem, there was no practical way of doing it other than to fill in the recesses and I wasn't about to do that.

My Iroc-Z badges will say 350TPI, when all is said and done.

Just messing around with fabrication ideas at the moment.

Get rid of the 5.7 badges that you have and replace them with the ones that came on the 5.0 cars...they only say "tuned port injection". Leaves them guessing or you could do like I did and just leave it off completely. Then they might even think theres a LG4 in there

I think it's illegal. I think the law passed a few years ago. It's like a $1000 fine and you get community service.

The main reason i don't like the 5.0 mustang badges is because they're too much chrome for me. I don't think they'd look good on the fenders.

Do you think it would be wrong too put the "perfromance suspension" badge from a salvage car that pulled all the susp. off of?? Probably since it was a Formula and mines a Z28.

But really....I think it would be cool to design "305 HO" and "350" badges.

I think it would be better than metric displacement (i.e 5.7L and 5.0L ) because that's a Ford thing. Well I guess it would not make a diff for the 5.7L guys.

But, I would def go with stickers vs raised letters. I just doesn't seem like it would look right with raised letters .

Can anyone make a clean, OEM looking "1LE" sticker profile. Please!

1.) It's off of a Ford (please excuse me while I hurl)...
2.) It says look, I have one too...
3.) It is way to big and to flashy
4.) It's just plain wrong
