AHHHHH, how bad of a scratch will formula 113 hide!?!?!?!

Ok, it JUST happened. Some b!tch decided to violate my baby. I was in my car just about to start it up and leave, then this pack of 3 girls goes to the lil 4 door POS civic next to me, one of them yells SHOTGUN, so the other one gets in the back... when she does, she opens the door, and just lets go and i hear a dink and i thought HELL NO! I didn't say anything, cause I know there pretty much isn't anything I could do about it... I got home and looked, and it's a nitceable scratch and a dent now... one of those small dents u have to be at an angle to see the light refract around it. I can't tell if it's a scratch, or if it left silver paint from her car on mine....

Will formula 113 hide this or help it?!?!?!?! I'm *SO* g*d d@mn pissed off right now....

Throw up a pic

As a dealer i have taken away alot of scratches with it, and seen alot of scratches taken away........but it all depends on how bad.

This is the best I could get really quickly.... I took 4 pics, and in the others you either couldn't see it at all or could only tell it was there if you knew what you were looking for... I'm convinced if formula 113 is as good as everyone claims, it ought to take it out.... I tried some meguiars gold class on it, it helped.... just a tiny bit though...

that really isn't that bad. but it still sucks that people can be that stupid. you could try formula 113 and if that doesn't work, try some fine rubbing compound (3m fine rubbing compound works great). just do it by hand if you use the compound.

Yea, i would also suggest some fine rubbing compound or polish, then some good wax. That should fix that scratch, it doesnt look too bad. Just make sure and use a good 100% cotton cloth to polish it with. If you don't have a good polishing clotch, an old white t-shirt will work good.

if the 113 doesnt do it, try scratchx on that area. Impositive between the 2 it can be taken care of.

does formula 113 have a scratch filler or remover?
are there abrasives that will act like a micro-compounding agent to reduce the visibility ?

i dont know much about it - so Im actually asking to learn on this.

a note, using Meguiars or mothers wax to remove or cover a mark like that is very very temporary (if thats what was used already)

waxes wont remove marks - they cover them for a bit -
best to actually deal with it -
even 3M SR (39009) will hel - then apply your paint protection of choice . .
