Repainting door and gfx...
At first I was planning to get my car completely repainted, but on closer examination, I realized that only the left door and groundeffect beneath that door need to be repainted. SO, here's the question. Would painting the door be simple enough to do myself? How much does the door weigh? Is it a one man or two man job to take the thing off?
Painting itself is simple, but the yellow paint on your iroc is not going to be simple to match. The factory yellow paint fades very easily, so a perfect match may not be a simple task.
Also, you will want to remove that door with the help of a friend if you take it off. The best way to remove a door by yourself is to stand a bucket or something under the latch end to hold it until you can pick it up. BE WARNED: they are heavy!

The paint is not original as it is, so I don't think it's faded too much. The door looks more faded than the rest of the car. I think that when it was repainted, they screwed up the door, cuz the rest of the car is fine. Either that or the door had been replaced.
