Interior resto almost done...need part!!!

Ive checked everywhere for a set of GM door sills for my formula.....i would like to get the GM ones that say Body By Fisher in the center of them, in black. So far ive checked, Classic industries, Local Gm dealer, hawks thirdgen, and thirdgen resource. Anyone know anywhere else where i can find them?? Please if anyone can id really appreciate it. Ive got pretty much all my interior parts now......except these.

I checked, and all they have is the passenger side. BTW, your car looks like a finished version of mine. Same color and all, but I have a lowly TBI.

Yeah it sucks that the manufacture stoped making the driver side's but they still make the passenger. Why do that unless you can make it go on both sides of the car. But to do that you would have to make your own hole for the lap belt retractor.

It isn't that the manufacturer still makes the passenger side, but some of Year One's inventory is discontinued GM pieces. My guess is that while they were able to buy pass. side sills, there were no driver's sides available.

I had the same problem, I replaced the passenger side because i could get it, my drivers side i just had to keep the one with the small crack in it. & hope i find a better one one of these days. Hoping that they reproduce the drivers side soon!!!!!! Hang in there we are all in this boat together. Good Luck finding one.....

If there were a shortage then why arent there new ones anymore? I have my yearone catalog from last year and it was discontinued then. After a year you'd think they would get more. Every other site i've searched says the same thing. Sorry the driver side is no longer available  I need new sills badly.

Year One wouldn't get any more because GM doesn't make them any more, and the aftermarket hasn't produced them yet. Year One and other such places buy up old stock of OEM pieces like this, and when they run out, that's it. Until an aftermarket company sees a profit potential in reproducing it, of course.
