Well my buds and i were looking at the Charger race at the end of the F&F...
Were still dabating if its possible to pull a wheelie while smoke the tires...Traction = wheelie no traction = burnout...

Come on dude use common sense... In order to lift the front end, you need traction. When your smoking your tires, do you have traction?
In that scene it actually has a little system underneath that raise the car that was digitaly removed.

One other side note - anyone notice the car jumps into the air, BEFORE the sidewalls wrinkle?
Of course, had they used a REAL charger, one that would lift the wheels like that, it'd be SOO far ahead of the Supra, there'd never had been a chance!

I saw it happen once so yes it is posssible but to continue to pull the wheels like they did in the movie no. The car I saw had the wheels about a foot up and when he hit the juice they came up about six more, the tires lit up, he got mad tire shake and got out of it.

I know its totaly fake in the movie
but in real life i'm just woundering... Like someone said before, i did see it ONCE at the track., a monte carlo, was pulling out of the hole on its back, but lost traction for a milisecond and smoked them a little and continued down the track.
Just woundering if it could be done intentionally...?

you know i saw that charger at sema and i was disgusted on how bad it was biult i guess since the directors were obvious idiots and dont know their @$$ hole from their elbow about cars they had no clue on how to biuld a real muscle car. the blower wasnt even operational it was some plastic bolt on crap. anywho f&f was a stupid moive with stupid cars and stupid car tech ( i wan't nos no two of them. [like it matters]) and i hear a second one is being made..... anyway f-bodys rock and i have more liters of pi$$ than ricers have liters of motor.
