17" rims (any good websites?.. search feature is down)

Ok guys, I'm SORRY if this topic may have been beaten to death, and I'd do a search, but the function is down.

I'm thinking of getting some 17" rims, and was wondering if you guys would have a few good web sites for me to check out. I went to tirerack.com, and they had a feature where you could choose the wheels you want, and see what they'd look like on the car. Unfortunately, they only had a couple of wheels to look at when you chose your vehicle (eg: 1982-92 camaro).

I live in Vancouver, BC, canada, and I was thinking of taking a trip down to Seattle one weekend. So, I was wondering if there were any good places to check out while I was down there. I keep seeing these ads for Pepboys... are they any good?

thanks!

As far a good data base for what is out there I look at www.superbuytires.com the prices seem good too. I have no personal experience with them though...Click on the down arrow of the wheels by brand & scroll thru almost everyone you can think of.

My Niches are 17s. I got them thru www.salesco.com , also got my adapters from them. They are a good company, but a bit slow and sometimes hard to get in touch with. Their prices on Chrome wheels are the best I have found. Now super buy has better prices on the rims with a powder coated finish.

I agree with Superman. I called the people at JD Wheels about some 17 inch ROH ZS wheels and I got the best price I have found so far...and it included valve stems, lugs, and shipping. I'll be ordering them hopefully next week. Give them call or e-mail them. I spoke to Kim. Good luck.
