Black Z06 wheels DO exist

I saw a post a few days ago with a red Camaro was photoshopped with some black Z06 wheels. Some people were talking about powdercoating some. Well, I didn't know these were being sold black already but we all know now.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...404820599&rd=1

How would these look on my black Camaro? I've seen black Camaros with black ZR1s and they looked good. I wonder if these would.

I'm looking for some 16x8s but who knows, I might take out a loan or something

No. Custom X, you can NOT put those rims on that beautiful car of yours.

Well, I mean, it IS your car, but I think it looks just about perfect the way it is.:hail:

Need soem decent sized rims (ala 17x9.5) to help set her apart and for the road racing.

I like the way the zero's look. I dunno, any suggestions?

CustomX, I hate to see ya do it, but I can understand. Here are my recomendations

The Ronals/firehawks look good, BUT you mentioned stand out, not "look like EVERYONE else", so they're out.

ZR-1rims.

TT2's. I'd paint the spokes the dark grey, Like the Tom Henry Chevrolet Camaro SS.

17 Iroc rims, but paint and polish them to a "factory" finish, don't chrome them like most people do. I've yet to see someone do this. Don't know why. ???

These would be my top 3 wheels if I was going to replace my rims.

That pic is sweet. Gimme a sec, I'm gonna "tint" the spokes Tom Henry style.

Well, maybe after wrestling!!!

Id liek a nice 17x9 or 18x9 88-90 style n96 iroc's, or at least a 17x9 (going with 285's) int eh 85-87 style.

I like the ronals alot as well.

CustomX, I agree that they have been overdone a bit.

Actually that may not be true. At the World of Wheels, some of the vendors had some rims there by Konig that came coated from Konig and they have the polished outer rim as well. So they could be legit. In fact there are quite a number of rims on the market that are colored & have a polished rim edge. Basically the manufacturer powercoats them.

CustomX, I think your car looks beautiful as is, rims and all. I wouldn't change it to the Z06's or TT2's.... I mean your car will look beautiful regardless, but..
