where can i mount an extra set of gauges on my bird?

title says it all. where can i mount a dual gauge set with oil temp and trans temp on my 87 firebird. i already have the dual gauge pod with vacuum and water temp so that ideas used up. there are really no other places i can see where u can mount the dual gauge holder. does anyone have any ideas? if u do do u have pics to show what it looks like.

Get a cowl hood and put them in the opening. Or..What if you were to get a tripple gauge pod and then mount the fourth on the dash under the lowest of the others? Or what about a custom pod down where the cig lighter is.

Just some thoughts.

i was just thinking wouldnt it work if u just turned the gauge holder sideways and mounted it on the side of the center counsil that holds the radio and heater? another thought. i thought i had seen a pic of that similar set up in someones car on this board.

put them in cups to the right of the stock gauges under the ac vents, I am curently switching to all autometer gauses and I have three under ther 2 on the a pilar and the tach and speedo in stock locations with fuel in the middle of them. If you searh there a good many member who have done just that.

well i was thinking about this, if you don't mind losing your AC vents in the middle I think you can customize something there to fit at least one guage. Then you can just then get the triple pod for the a pillar.
