ya i know about that overflow tank and i need to paint the firewall but that is another day. otherwise i figure i save a good 3-400 bucks rather than having the paint shop do it.

The engine bay is a little flat for my tastes but it looks good, especially since you can save some $$$.

im not big on stickers either. but since most of my products were bought through them i felt it was a nice touch. as far as it being flat i know that. thats hot paint. will the shiny metallic spray last with the summer heat??? i can do it it is no prob but will it hold up??

Naked as in remove the overflow bottle, ac/heater box , etc and its wide open for painting. That price seems quite high though.

it took about 2 hours. i took everything off the side walls and sanded them with basic sand paper. then i sprayed 2 coats of primer and then a coat of hot paint from the shop. really was not that hard. i cleaned up my interior to take a look.....

that's a nice interior, i like that black, i have bright red but i don't even want to think about how much it'd cost to change carpets, seats and headliner color....what kinda tools did you need for that spraying? do you got a connection w/ a paint shop to get the sprayer and paint or can you just buy that stuff?

looks pretty good. while i had the engine out of my iroc i cleaned all the gunk off the engine bay then i primered it and got a can of engine enamel and did the whole thing. i even tore down the insulation from my hood and painted the underside of it too. then i clearcoated the whole works and there ya go...show car finish in 2 days and 20$. looks great. i would post pics but im at school. lookin good though, add some more chrome.
