Great. I wish I could do my own body work, but I don't have the tools, space, skills or time to do it. Body work is the biggest part of my project and I need lots of it.

Well I'm talking to someone right now, the auction ended without a bidder yet when it ended I was contacted by three or so people who were interested in it who saw the ad. Go figure. It's still in process, trying to figure out how to transport the thing, heh.

Ram Air II will come soon, and fourth-gen wing. Thinking about leaving the side moldings shaved aside from my better judgment, knowing that with my luck, someone will open their door and slam into it.

Heh you know, whenever I look at pics of your car... I actually kinda like your hood gray like that, with the rest of the car black. It's different. I'm not much of a fan of two-tone looks like that but your car might actually look kinda cool with an all black car and the hood painted gunmetal gray. ;-)

Love your car, man.

Only tools I really have that I'm using on bodywork are an electric sander which I broke, a drill which I broke, and a sanding block.

I'll be getting kicked out of the garage soon since mom wants to start parking in there. Grr.

As far as skills, I'm no professional, I just started trying to restore the body on my old Isuzu pickup-truck. The body was already shot and I couldn't really make it worse, so it was my learning experience with rust repair, sanding, primering, and all that fun stuff. But the truck died in the middle of it, heh. Then we stripped and prepped my buddy's Protege. Pretty much I just researched what to do from websites and so on and just tried it for myself on a truck I didn't care about all that much anyway, lol... so that helped me learn what I needed to know. I'm still no professional but I think I do well enough .
