2 things,
A. Thanks for bringing this 5 month old thread back from the grave,
and
B. whats wrong with being different, when was the last time you saw a viper V10 in a camaro? Oh wait, you haven't. Sure he could have built a high horsepower chevy motor for less money, or swapped in a C5r block, or shoved a nitro breathing DRCE block in there, but he wanted to be different.
It's his car, so why rip on him, if you don't like the idea of a dodge motor in a chevy car, then don't do it to yours.
But don't flame on this guys creativity.
Why not applaud him on the marvel of fabrication it took to get that motor to work in a 3rd gen. and the funny thing is, im sure this guys car will kick just about anyones *** on the board.

And I know someone mentioned this earlier, but I'm gonna have to say the Dodge Viper is arguably one of the best sounding cars right out of the showroom (meaning modified SBC's don't count!). Some guy around here has a 2001 GTS and when he gives it gas:hail:
