Since every one is saying what they dont like i want to see what they do like.
I like the fact that every where i go someone talks to me about my car. The fact that it has 220,000 MI and still running strong and gets good gas milage. All around i like the whole damn car.

you guys keep starting these threads. there is ALREADY A THREAD ABOUT WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT YOUR THIRDGEN AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
There's something about a 3rdgen Camaro that drives me nuts. Not sure what it is. Wanted one of these since I was a young teenager. But...I like mine 'cause it's easy to work on, looks good and love driving her.

I love my car cause i grew up in it. Memories of my dad crusing down the parkway with the tops off and having my had fly off almost every time. Everything is just awesome. not to be *****, but it looks fast. sharp, sleek lines, nice 5 spoke rims, and with mods.. a force to be reconed with. They are inexpensive now, RWD, super handling, tons of aftermarket stuff. Its been said before, but i really dont know what it is. Its just so good looking that i cant put my finger on it.. theres not many angles on the car that makes it look ugly. When im under the car, the car looks good...

Yeah, this thread was started before, but I don't mind chiming in again.
I have a base model Firebird and I love it. I like it mainly because I like wedge shaped cars, plus they are affordable to own, but I still have other issues with other things about my thirdgen.
For me, the design and looks of thirdgens far outwiegh all the things I dislike about thirdgens, which were all stated in the opposite thread.
I can't personally vouch for the fast part with a 2.8, but I hear those 350s are fast.
I don't have t-tops, but I do like the way the t-tops look when they are on the car.

the fact that a 17 year old kid (me) can do just about everything on it
the ease of modding
the fact that it always gets people to do double takes, even the import guys
the ability to make people remember you for your car, not always good but cool
and teh bad @$$ look that they have when there behind you, i love seeing people look in there rearview and then change lanes, they have this get out of my, or ill run you over look :hail:
the fact that its just as old as me is kinda cool to:lala:

I shoulda made a best memory in a thirdgen post insted of this one oh well. 6 people in the back seat. Those seats aren't meant to be sat on. They are for appearances only. Once I get my Corbeaus and Black carpet, my thirdgen will be a permanent 2 seater.
6 people

Oh yeah, even though I have rust in various places, a mis aligned lower body color, dents in the door, passenger fender, faded and chipped paint, no ground effects, and no t-tops, I still get compliments on my car. That says a lot about how great a thirdgen looks that even a thirdgen in the condition that mine is in can still get the occassional thumbs up or "that's a cool car."

hehehe j/p man! I do love how easy it is to mod the car, and i love how i can talk to other camaro owners about there rides (except for some 4th gen owners) and memories in my car...i havent had 6 girls in my car, cause ive had my gf since ive had my license.. and the only memories is when i was a kid crusing around in the car with my dad. Its sad that he stopped caring for it for about 5-7 years.... THANK *** I GOT MY LICENSE AND FOUND THIS WEB SITE. if i didnt find this site, the car would of been sold to some a-hole who would of torn it apart or even worse.......put altezza lights on it.
