Time to say goodbye to Camaro
Time to say goodbye to Camaro
Iv decided to move on and sell my camaro. It was fun, but the car wasen't just me. Dead sexy though
. Im only get $3000 CAD, but hey. Im more excited to get my new car! 1965 Ford Fairlane 500. I know I know its a ford, but I love it. Bran new paintjob, mint, rebuilt 289 engine, chrome everwhere, beautiful interior, nice rims, and 225hp/282lbltorque. My heart has always been with the oldies since my dad bought his 1955 Chevy pickup. Ill miss my camaro, but i will enjoy my fairlane just as much!:lala: :lala:

Its like any car, some second gens are appealing, but I find them few are far between.

the only second gen camaros i liked were the 70-71 style z-28 with the split bumper, they were cool
The firebirds were all cool in my opnion but i liked the ones pre-79 better, and i think my fav is the 77-78 style.

Also, 83Firebird420, if you could, I would edit your post and remove the URL to prevent anyone else from accidentally clicking the link

Way to wreak my topic 86Sport
shooting your mouth off like that, but in someways, I agree with you. My camaro for some reason eats me inside out sometimes just looking at it. Only because it doesn't look as nice as the others, and because its a slow stock POS. I would modify it, but it won't pay off in the end, because of the resale value for it. And sadly they will never be worth anything if it was a 100 years old, because they made so many 3rd gen camaro's even in little town moose jaw half the population of cars are beat up 3rd gen camaro's and firebirds. There nice cars, but I just wanna feel different then the rest, and invest my money into a classic car that will never lose its value, but gain value. With a fairlane I just have to fix a cracked dash, and a hole in the back seats and that is it, then I could get around 12,000- 15,000 and make a $4,000 profit By the way, what do you think of the Fairlane, I think its pretty pimpin!
