its just teh polish that came with the buffer that i bought last year

its a liquid turtle wax, hard shell or hard coat, something

i use a 12" buffer

and after i looked at it more tonight i saw that i didnt even get that good of a shine on it, compared to my friends bird its dull

Yeah, Turtle Wax isn't known for thier top quality polish...you managed alright, your car does look really good though. Next time, do the same process with a high quality polish...maybe one of the three step deals and your car will make your friends car look like crap.

Yes Sir...you got it. Mothers is the best stuff I've used. My dad and I are freaks when it comes to our cars being clean and we've used everything out there and Mothers has been the best and most consistant. Some of that Eagle1 stuff is good, but thats neither here nor there. So, yeah, go with the Mothers.

Looks good. I just recently waxed my 'maro too and it came out pretty good. I used Mother's carnuba wax, the third step. I was too lazy to do all three steps. I agree Mother's is one of the best waxes out there. I've used it ever since I've had my 'maro and it's never looked dull. I've heard good things about formula 113, but I can't get my hands on any. And Zaino is pretty expensive.
