question on rim size

i need help in rim size choosein. I want either 17s or 18s. Now i was wondering if 18x8 in the front would rub or not
or can i put 17x8 in the front and 18x9 would be ok wit no rubbin problems

someone please help me out this is on a 84 camaro

It all depends on the backspacing. Im planning on running 18x11's out back and either 18x9 or 17x9's up front when I get my new rims. Time for some FAT rubber.
