washin' day!

Spent the day washing, clay-barring, rubbing-compounding, and waxing the GTA, and it still looks like crap...just not as bad as it did

I'll get it painted as soon as someone donates about $2k

D'oh! And I just remembered I forgot to Simple Green my wheels...oh well, they still look pretty decent from the last time I did it.

What's the best way to clean the top of the intake (the rough-casting)? I can't seem to get the crud off of there.

there is a lot of room there (stock), and lowering it is among the many plans...but I think it's just the angle of the picture that makes it look bigger than it really is.

I like it too. I think the top of your intake is supposed to look like that. Mine does too. I think it is just the natural color of it. -89IRO

thats a beauty. you should try polishing the plenum and runners. i just started doing a quicky job over the weekend (first time polishing anything on the car) and can already see some reflection.

I would too, but I bought the car from a state that requires a front plate, and when I took that housing off, it looks terrible underneath...so it went back on.

When I get the car painted, that thing is off of there, I don't like it myself.

you know, I never liked the '91-'92 T/As and GTAs until I actually got my hands on one. Now, the more I look at it, the more I love it!
