my engine is tapping so i'm going to wait until i either fix it(not likely) or get a new engine (more likely)
once that is done, i'll be putting on my knight rider stuff.

Before replacing the motor, make sure to check the rocker arms. I had tapping in my motor and it turned out to be a loose (VERY LOOSE) rocker arm. Even a couple mechanics thought it was rod knock.

As far as the wheels, well I'll say that I've never been a big fan of all black wheels. Just my opinion of course.

I think the wheels would look 100x better if the lip was polished.

eh...if i wanted a polished lip, i would've gotten the zr1 wheels.
i'm kind of thinking about that actually though. since the car is eventually going to be a quasi KITT replica, the polished lip would at first glace, look like the bowling ball wheels...without the bowling ball...yeah..something like that.

I am not a big fan of black rims either. I love the rims...but not in black. Just too much black...I think they would look a lot better chrome or painted. But it is different. If I were you..and you didnt want the silver or chrome rims...then I would paint them white. They would look awesome white on a black car. I love how the 25th anniv. TA's had the white rims...it would offset your black paint and would look awesome. Just my opinion though. Also might look better if the car was white.

Looks good except I have to agree with everyone else and say I dont like the black wheels. I think chrome wheels on dark colored cars look the best. Get some chrome baby!
