i kinda feel bad for him, the guy should have made it more apparent that he was only kidding. the common thought of sandpaper is that it removes scratches, and not everyone knows that it does it by scratching the whole surface to the depth of the scratch.

Wow I never know anyone would do such a stupid think like that… I take that back I have talked to some pretty dumb people.
While I’m on the topic what ways do you guys recommend taking scratches out? I have a few on my car. I was thinking to use touch up paint and then smooth out the touch up paint by wet sanding the touch up paint with like 1500 grid right, then buff.

reminds me of that ford cobra post that went around the whole internet.
about the guy that worked at a dealer and said he took someones car out for a spin and tore it up big time, but the guy that owned the car used that same message board, and got the kid fired!!!! anyone still have that link?
