Icebird: I know what its like buying a car in not nearly mint condition, and I get razzed constantly bout buying a v-6. I bought it v-6 for the cheap insurance the the fact that I now have the opportunity to perform an engine swap (when I get the money or find the right deal) The bumper paint is messed up, but the interior is in PERFECT condition except the front seats. I plan on making it a nice show car/ weekend cruiser over the years....keep up the good work

1bad91z: That is a beautiful car, how much do you have sunk into it?

Not everyone goes out and buys a POS, either. I never heard anyone say that the car will always be a POS, or isn't worth fixing up, or anything of the like
My car will always be a pos, unless I get a better job!

Seriously, it's a good start. Like said before, it needs alot of work, but fenders can be replaced, and paint can be redone, but hey, if it runs decently, more power to you. I wish I could find a nice project like that.

Opinions are just that..
But honestly, I would rather have a car that runs good, then a good looking lawn decoration. :P
Nice car, if the engine, etc. are taken care of, good deal. Other than that, making it look good comes AFTER making it run

Nice work, and way to see through with it. Way to find the deal. A lot of people [ahem] totally disregard things just for their outer appearances. Funny how they usually turn out the best. I bet that didn't take too much more than a good washin and waxin [beside the replacement parts] to make it look that good. You can tell, if you look hard, that besides those little things [fender, bumper edge] that the paint was still nice. Anyway, you can even make **** paint look respectable with some hard work. Nice job and again, I applaud your efforts! Keep it up!

[and bill, get your car painted! :sillylol: lol] see ya tomorrow man.
