new car, finally
finally, my 9 month search for a new car is over. my 3.1 is definetely finding a new home. here's a pic of the car i bought last night on ebay. 1987 Iroc, 48K original miles, t-tops, 5.7L for $4500....leaving friday after work to drive 16 hours up to massechusetts to get it, then 16 hours back home
the only 'mods' it'll see for a while are tint, full catback exhaust, wheel polishing, and a more aggressive cam

It's in Rutland, MA, wherever that is. I'm not worried about it breaking down. I'll be driving 10 hours saturday after i pick it up, and 6 hours sunday. and somebody else will be w/ me so it's not a big deal. and it has 48,000 miles....not very likely to breakdown...but still the trip will suck, round trip, 32 hours of driving in 48 hours of time
oh well....i'll post some pics when i get it back home, sittin next to my RS
it'll be kinda cool to say i owned to thirdgens at the same time, even if it's short

You'll be passing pretty close to me too. I work in Pittsfield, which isn't far from the Turnpike.
