I did this car completely over during winter, new 62K mile engine/trans, paint/brakes, interior stuff. I put the exh on it last week ( flowmaster with 3" slash tips ending flush with the bumper, not pictued) and still have to get the rear wheel painted with the new tires mounted. Did it all alone on my spare time - quality control..lol

BTW, its for sale..lol cant keep them all unfortunatly.

Just curious: It's a Z28 with no hood louvers? Whats up with that?

Maybe he just badged it as a z28 or maybe he just put a flat hood on it instead of a Z hood. Could be a number of things.

Also might be that his original hood was slightly damaged like a buddy of mine with an Iroc and had to grab a RS hood at PYP.

yes, it is a genuine 87 Iroc-Z. I originally bought the car and was going to sell as a project car, but there was no interest. At one time i thought of parting it out, so some guy came and bought the hood and one set of iroc wheels i had. That was it for that. It sat for another year until i dove into it in november of 02 an started doing all sorts of stuff to it. When time came for the hood i had this super nice solid one from my old 92RS (rec'd a cowl hood) and i planned on puttin the repop 91-2 blisters on it for the 87, BUT i need money for a new milling machine and id rather have the mill than the car. I have the stripes and door decals in the box but need to find time to install them along with the other things previously posted. I think it will look nice either way, flat hood or not...all camaros look nice!
