Pics of 16" Prostar XPs...
Not really an appearance mod as I bought them strictly for the track and for their light weight but they look pretty good I think wrapped in BFG 255/50/16 DRs. I think 17s would look alot better but I already have 17" Snypers so I stuck with the same tire combo that got me 1.7s 60fts. at the track in the past. I just bolted them on today and figured I'd share.

Hey thirdgenz28 92, for tech inspection for rims like that is the regular rubber valve stem what there talkin abot for "snap in" valve stems?
also for those rims can u use the factory lenght wheel stud or should i go after market and get longer ones just to make them happy at tech?
i plan on gettin either the Pro stars or draglites in 15x10's for th back of my car.

Bathroom scale estimates show 17-17.5lbs with centercap. I had a board member on another site weigh up 16" ROH Snypers and they were 20-21lbs and Im not sure for stock rims.
As for the XPs, they make you buy XP specific lug nuts and they only sell 4 per pack so yep you need 3 packs and youll have 2 spares and thats another $50 or so. You cant get away with using stock lugs. As for the valve I dont know if they will bust my chops or not. Ive had drag radials mounted on 16" stockers and 16" Snypers before with rubber valves and they didnt blink at me going thru tech.
Lock...that is 12 year old paint you're looking at minus a few touch ups from some damage by a muffler shop. In the pics it may look mint but it's seen better days especially on the roof. Eventually Im going to have the car reshot with a Cervini hood but not before I do a 255lph fuel pump and completely redo my exhaust with a 4thgen SLP Loud Mouth exhaust. Ill get pics and video of that stuff as I finsih them, tomorrow should be some clips from the rims in action

If these are for drag only, what caused you to choose 16" instead of 15"? I would think that the sidewall flex of the 15" would give somewhat better bite.
