Pics of DropZone Lowering Springs.....clearance

Here are the pictures showing how much the DropZone lowering springs have lowered my car......

Remember that the front has had weight savings done....

Fiberglass Hood - 50 lbs
Plastic Headlights - ???? (removed front headlight bar, and the 4 glass headlights)

Here is the clearance of the Air Dam....

A full side view, bright enough to see where the top of the tire is at would be great..........

Also, Did you have to use any spacers for the wheels or was it a clean fit?

I think it looks real good, but the rear could be a tad lower. I just like even things and I would want the rear to be as low as the front and vice versa.

Looks good. Did you have to get a camber correction kit?

i think if u take out the spring isolators on the top of the rear spring itll drop it down to make the rear even. just put some garden house around the coil till its a complete circle.

Just need an alignment, no kit needed.

Don't worry about the air dam, it will trim itself.

Hey "82camaro" here I was starting to think I was the only one with a Ravin exhaust. I love the sound of mine! Even sounded better once I put the Catco in. Nice tone without being abrasive!

Well it was an initial drop of .75" all around, and it has settled quite a bit since then.....

The advertised drop is rarely achieved.....If it says 2 inches you will probally get 1.25 - 1.75 of a drop

Well if you get drop spindles like I plan on getting, the drop is garaunteed close to 2" although since the rear is lowered with springs, that could vary too.

The amount of drop is also determined by the weight of the car. Thirdgens can range from 3000 lbs to 3800lbs and obviously the heavier car will experience the lower drop.

That isn't bad at all. That isnt really that low. Mine is ALMOST that low with the stock springs sagging. I think I will get a set of the dropzones now.

Where did you get them and how much? They are all over ebay right now for 89$ but none for our cars are listed.
