You normally dont see blue look good on birds... but damn.

i love the car especially the ram air hood , and i love the silver gfx like on my car . Your hood fits awesome what things had to be done to get it to work .

Very nice! The RA II hood doesn't look that bad when it fits right

 

Maybe its just the pic, but I actually like the hood on this car. Normally I don't like that hood on Birds or Camaros except 91-92 Birds. But in that pic, the scoops look flatter. Maybe I'm just seeing things, but I love it.

 

Thanks for the great feedback. The hood is from Ramairhoods.com and it fits great, of course things needed adjusted to make it fit right.(fenders, nose and headlights). The color is Daytona blue. Its one of the colors on the new 350Z's. The prep and paint work was done by my freind and myself. Both of us are not body men but we had some previous experence in body work. Oh yeah the car was wrecked at the dragstrip last year when the guy in the other lane "lost it"about half track. The only body panels that were undamaged was the right door and quarter panel. The only sheetmetal that was replaced was both fenders and nose. The old hood did not need replaced but I wanted the ram air 2. I really cant believe how straight the body came out for a truck driver and a carpet layer doing the work.





EDIT: if anyone has some body moldings for sale let me know Thats all I need to finish it

I'd like to see some shots of the rear, I'm going to have to replace my spoiler and I guess it's going to have to be painted body color. Still not crazy about the idea.

I like it minus the hood, IMO a cowl would look better..
