I was looking for info on the IMSA road race hood, and I came across a website for it, and found this spoiler/wing. Is it ****? Or Nice? I'm thinking for my Kitt w/a Twist here. BTW the hood I want to go with it is on the cowl hood post towards the bottom. Thanks

 

i dont think its that bad. if you like it go for it!

 

its not as bad as some of the other ones ive seen, its sporty with a slight hint of r!ce. not bad tho i say get it and see how it looks on your car, joe

 

I like it, as long as it doesn't extend past the rear bumper, or above the car, and it matches the body lines they look good to me, except the ones like on a 69 charger, on any other car it looks like a tyco push handel I saw one on a Civic I think it was, when I said hey its a tyco push car everone laughed.

 

I saw one a few weeks back in person.. Doesn't look TOOO bad... but I wouldn't put it on my own car.



That hood in the pic though, that's a different story. :nono:

 

Yeah, it's close enough to the spoiler I have now, the 82-84 Trans Am spoiler. But that and the hood together, give it sort of a rare look. Atleast that's what I'm hoping!

Looks sharp, and agressive; I like it. That hood + spoiler on your car would make for a funky ride, not one I'd wanna tangle with

 

I think the hood and spoiler both look like ***, but then again I would.

 

The hood looks like it's from the 70's, a la "Corvette Summer". :lala:

The wing looks good, but for the money I'd yank one from a Fiero GT and get a very similar look for cheaper.

 

No. It doesn't flow with the body lines, but it doesn't look horrible.

This is the hood I want, to go along with that spoiler. I don't want the hood in the first pic. I want this one!

 

the wing is quiet PUR-DY...but that damn daytona hood has got to go. i hate those things, in fact, the only aftermarket hoods i'm keen on for a third-gen would be a cowl hood or an SS hood. eveything else just kind of looks awkward.

I say go for it! I really like the combo of the two. And it would make your car very unique.

The spoiler doesn't look bad at all, but I hate the hood.

 

I dig the spoiler, looks kinda like the later kit with the rocket boost and hard top convertible (saw it on SciFi the other day). The second hood looks good too, but I hate the IROC hoods on anything. I just don't get a cowl and little holes.

 

I always thought this wing looked interesting, Its one I would get but when I started to look at trams ams I liked this picture alot.
