Blackouts

I was thinking of adding blackouts to the front and once again to the back of my car so I could give it a slightly different look. The one site on the top of the page (american sports car design I believe) has a louver'd headlight cover..
Where can I get them?

Which would you guys think would look better on mine the blackout or the louver or should I just leave her stock?

The final question is, what is the law for PA. I'm pretty sure you really aren't allowed to have them here or at least not at night time. Are teh louvered headlight covers different in legality?

The louvered ones look tacky, just get the regular blackouts.
