Crazy idea

Hey, while I was painting my headlight buckets black today, one of my buddies suggested I do something, and I'm sorta thinking of it. Just wanted to get your guys opinions. I have a 91 z, with the ground fx with the scoops. Anyway, He suggested (I'm gonna explain this the best I can) where they flare out, accent the bottoms by painting them black....Here's a pic to give ideas, just tell me what you think.

Mine are something like that. Not just the bottoms, but the whole indention, mine slightly fade as they go outward.

You can always take some black electrical tape and cut it to fit- just to see how you like it before you paint.

I think deepstage69's is the best I have seen. I think if it was gradually faded to black as it moved towards the scoops would look even better.

too late. Already did the driver side door one. Looks real good to me, and everyone I've shown. It's just a small black accent, like the one I drew. I'll get some pics as soon as my friend comes back with his dig. camera.
