well i finally got a camera and i was able to take some pics this afternoon....car is a little dirty so don't mind it.
also for those looking for the drop you'll have to wait, i had to raise it up to get it out of the trailer and didn't have time to lower it before taking the pictures.

Yez, I am very pleased that you went with a deep dished rim, I love thirdgens or any car of that matter with deep dished rims. Those new pics show the paint of really well, looks Kandied to me now.
What kind of offset you using for the rear? Your rear wheels look like they are pushed to the very edge of that fender lip.

good eye there.....
yes it's as far as possible while staying inside enough to really drop the car. it's a little over a 4" rear lip and it's right on the edge. the face was reverse mounted and the lip double rolled on the barrel in order to get that extra bit of lip out of it! i have to basically reach the other side of the rim to fill up the tire which is sort of a pain with a 285 but it was worth it to keep the wheel smooth without having the valve stem showing.

I was thinking of pushing my rims and tires to the edge of my fender lips too, but with no gfx, that would be a lot of tire tread showing than I'd particulary care for without looking similar to an open wheeled car. so I'm going to stay with a a slightly tucked under stance.
Looks good though. I know what you mean about that valvestem. I just have to ignore it on the GTA rims. that valve stem sticks out like a tail.

I agree, but take some new pics by a park or country side or lake. Not really digging the trailer and fence background in the pics.

Jeff If you keep raising the bar the rest of us will never catch up or even see your taillights in the distance. Slow down bro. Ride keeps lookin better every time you post. Good luck with future mods.
wow...i didn't think they would get such a positive response. thanks alot everyone! i was a little worried going with a company that isn't commonly used and a simple design but i'm very happy with it as it really gives the car that custom look i've been trying to get. the wheels are 18" boze stingers, 18x8 front and 10 rear with 245/40/18 y and 285/35/18 y. they will typically run 9-1000 a rim with all the options i had chosen. i picked them up significantly less for being the first to order the style in michigan.
your right about the fronts and a big reason why i went with such a style, i was very disappointed that more people pointed out my adapters then the brakes bolted to them. the rears only look the way they do because of the light...when it's lowered it looks very nice.
as far as the picture you guys have to give me some slack. i rolled it out of the trailer and took a picture, i didn't set it up that way. just wanted to show a few who have been asking rather then making them wait a few days for the perfect picture!
thanks again everyone!

Wow.
Very Tasteful. I love those damn rims man.
Simple, dished, 5 spoke. And they arent painted, Go<x>d how i hate that new trend.
With the z06's, i kept looking at the brakes, as you and several others were mentioning that you didnt like how silly it looked with the spacers. I didnt think it was that bad until i saw these shots with the new stock. Built to size is apparently the way to go.
Ive been chattin in email with Coddington about some wheels too...

who have you been talking with? bob is currently their head designer. he told me that they can make slight variations to all their designs and for a fee obviously design anything you want.
i really like their wheels but after dealing with them on other issues and seeing first hand with my own i know why there is such a price difference. if i would have had to pay full price i definately would have went with a nice set of boyds. you can't go wrong.
i took it up to a cruise in tonight just to show off the new rims and take a brake from under the hood. I can't imagine how many people love the billet over the chrome z06's. i'm very happy with them.
