The blurry photos are giving me a headache.
I like the color and the 85-up nose. You need a better camera to go with your better Camaro.

I need to get my digi camera back so I can take some better pics but hopefully this will give you an idea of what 2 years of work can do to a car.

I have had the engine bay painted since we replaced the engine( a year & a half ago) I have to use my dad's touch up gun and spray the door jambs and under the deck lid and I also have to polish my wheels. Just trying to work and save money for school right now so I will probably touch it up here in the next few weeks but Ill post some pics of her completeley finishe before I sell her.
Thanks for the compliments guys

Did you paint it yourself, or were you just talking about doing the jams yourself? If you did, what brand/type of paint did you use, and what did it cost you?
I'm about to try tackling painting my car and my father's beater (his first to practice...), and it's gotta be cheap... I'm leaning toward a single stage paint from like Napa (Martin-Senour) or something similar. Looks like I can do a car for $100ish or slightly under that way... Already have a compressor and a pair of older non-HVLP guns (have to stay with them, compressor has a large tank but low enough hp engine it won't flow enough CFM for the HVLP guns...)

all I have to say is:hail: it is so nice to see another early style thirdgen brought back to life, we are getting harder and harder to come by.

meridius I agree with you on that note. Ray yes I painted it along with my dad and a friend of his helping. I just did not get to the door jambs b\c I was trying to reduce overspray on my interior pieces. I used House of Kolor paint and it cost me about $200-250. I love the way it came out though imo. Good luck with both cars any more questions just let me know.

i am also seriously considering airbrushing some pearl white ghost flames on the car, they will stretch from the nose to the rear wheel area. Let me know what you think of this idea.
