I'm not concrete with my 4th gen Firebird models, however I do know 4th gen Formula Firebirds are equipped with that spoiler. It does bolt up an "fit" correct for the most part with little modification.

ohhh... ohhh.. ohhhh yessss.... mmmmmm...
ohhh, ok.. enough.. i can't help myself though... but.. i didn't know a 3rd gen fb would look that good w/ the 4th spoiler & the ram air hood... i've thought of the ram air hood for mine, & then like a camaro/corvette typed spoiler, you know, single little T typed thing.. but... daannnggg.. ok, that changed my views on a diff typed of spoiler instead of the typical wrap around kind that i was thinking of getting away from..
I was also thinking black or blueish/purplish... but.. now i'm thinking black is very sexy... sexier than i thought i mean.
very nice car that is. I hope my trans am looks that good some day. *sigh*... simple & yet sexy.

If you look closely at that picture the whole spoiler is attached to the hatch, unlike the TA spoilers that have the two pillars supporting it.

Thats a TA spoiler, Firebirds and Formulas did not come with it. The pic you posted and the pic that was originally posted do not sport the same spoiler...
