I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE KNOWS WHO SELLS STOCK GROUND EFFECTS FOR A 84 TRANS AM. I LOOKED EVERYWHERE AND ONLY FOUND SECTIONS BEING SOLD BUT THAT ADDS UP TO ALMOST $1000.00 ANY HELP WOULD BE APRECIATED.

Engine: Pos 2.8 pulled and replaced with a 350 tpi motor converted to carb.
Transmission: 700r4, vette servo,shift kit, hayden 15"x8" trans cooler.
A junk yard, much much much cheaper too.

if yuou can find them, i went to the dealer for just a few stock gFX for my 85 trans am,which is different than yours, but still 3 peices cost over 500$

Yes, it's been my experience that in restoration the search for parts is the second most frustrating thing - right after money.

For the '91 RS I had, I found a front ground effect on eBay for around 100, and a complete rear spoiler for 80 at my local junkyard.

Of course, it took about four months of searching, but it paid off quite well.

I got the passenger side gfx, pretty much brand new minus a couple of dings, thats the whole side of the car for my 1988 Camaro. For FREE from a junker, guess if you find a bargan you just gotta get it, Even the right color, i just popped it right on. Very happy.... look for those deals... (I spent over $250 on my interior pieces, So he was a little happy, probably why I got it for free)

not to often a boneyard gets a wrecked fbody in...it helps if you know some people in your area with them,maybe trade them on something...one thing ive found out,there is always someone that knows someone with what you need...good luck with finding them! IMO you might be better off just buying them straight out cuz they are so far & few between.

thanks for ur guys help, I had some good luck I live in az and there is like thoundsands of junk yards and one had a set for my car a he is going to sell it for $50. **** tell me about luck.
