After reading and posting, I have seen error in my judgement. This by no means fixes the posts I've made, but I have to give my apology to Rex and ASCD. This has been a lesson not too jump to conclusions, and with something so serious as a business at stake I am sorry for that. I'm sure I'll get people calling me names for my actions, so be it, it's the right thing to do.

Rex, sorry for any negative things I've said. I hope things do get straightened out for you.

As far as wowcolors trying to pass as a phony, I can only hope you will send your apologies not only to this board, but to Rex as well.
